Due to their own inefficiencies this practice either failed to bill me the correct amount, failed to account for amounts paid or someone at reception misappropriated some funds - I paid cash. Knowing I live in another country I double checked that I had paid for everything before I left. They said yes, but oh no, it turned out not to be the case. When they emailed me to ask for more money, I asked for a breakdown of the bill but they failed to answer my email. When I asked again, they still failed to provide it. Their receipts are in lump sums. So for an amount of about 240ZAR they set the debt collectors onto me. Do not use them. You will never know what you paid for and never get any sensible answers.
