Previous tenant not upfront about several maintenance issues. In my understanding this could likely mean poor co-operation from the agents. Not in this case. Hopkins Group have been fantastic. James is right onto it. I often see him in the building actually. Sarah was great to me too in finding this place. This is a very professional and accommodating agency. Rare in today's busy and competetive market. Over and above attention to tenants. Don't change Hopkins Group! Thank you!
