An absolute disaster !!!!
The doorbell never rings! I always have to pick up my parcels from somewhere, why do I pay shipping costs? !!!!
Exceptionally today the bell rang like crazy several times in a row, very annoying!
My poor old mother is then out in front of the front door, the supplier didn't even want to climb 3 flights of stairs to transport the huge packages (furniture) into the elevator. The packages were damaged and left in front of an apartment building! In addition, very unfriendly, unreliable employees!
Have always had bad experiences with Dpd, unfortunately not even complaints letters are answered ...
