the hospital sent my bill to gsb while i was waiting for financial assistance review. i forgot to get the name of the gentleman that assisted me both times i called, but he was extremely polite and very easy to work with! i have previous experience with a different debt collecting agency and it was so nice to speak to someone who didn t down right LAUGH at you while attempting to set up recurring payments. when you get treated like an actual human being, it makes it so much more pleasant to deal with a debt collector.
