From the start, all the way to the end, I fell that my business matter.
Everything starts with my Online experience; my car appraisal was on point when the dealer contacts me to check their inventory.
I was surprised by how they welcome me to the dealer.
They greet me with a genuine welcome, the sales representative was very polite and customer service oriented.
He was honest, considerate, and willing to work with me based on my needs. I don't feel any pressure while I was dealing with him.
In fact, I was very relaxed.
The sales manager introduces himself and helps me meet my needs, and last but not less, the financial department was very clear and detail-oriented while we were signing the agreement documents.
In other words, five stars are not enough to express my experience at this location.
