One of the nurses in the ER was very rude. told my husband she doesn t care what happen to him, what will happen and she left, clocked out and told nobody while he was in the middle of getting discharged. The service in the ER was very lacking. Rather than stitching his hand, they wrapped it. Got sent home with a bleeding hand. After many hours, went to a different ER who was surprised that it wasn t stitched in the first place! Their ophthalmology staff is questionable. He had internal wound in his eye, I questioned the bleeding on the side of his eye and they said it was fine. Asked again during a follow up, said it was fine. Next follow up, yea it was not so fine after all. This location is the absolute worst! They don t give a damn about you.
