As with other reviewers before, I am highly disappointed with my experience with Landrum Staffing as it pertains to finding a position. I too have put in for positions that I know I am qualified for and even brought it up to an "HR Specialist". I was told that positions are highly competitive and that the "HR Specialist" over a position will often know more about the position and what a client is looking for than is listed on the website. True, yet when I have direct experience for a specific position and my resume is not forwarded to the client then I question whether they are truly working on a clients behalf. I also brought up the fact that one particular position on their website continually times out when you try to apply for it and it has yet to be rectified. Again, this makes me question their commitment to their clients. There are other staffing agencies in the Pensacola area, which I am using, and I would encourage both those looking for work and those looking to hire to consider looking elsewhere.
