James Alpe is a Jaguar approved repairer and this was the reason why i took my car to them after a small accident.
They are very communicative and fast in what they do as a company but unfortunately there are some workers that do not tend to their best interests.

When the car was given back to me it was washed but inside they've missed it altogether so an oily hand made its way on the upholstery in a few places.
One part was replace with a new one but they have reported it as a repair.
Just make sure that they communicate all the details with you and inspect your car thoroughly when delivered and everything should be fine.
