My experience was amazing at Audi Plano. The staff was very nice, Specially Kelly, Audi sale representative. He was very helpful. He explained us eveything and answered all our questions. The finance manager Surma was pleasant and helpful as well.
I had a problem with the car code, there was sign in problem but they took care of it. I definitely recommend Kelly, don't forget to ask for him when you visit
