Iconic restaurant in Lille where we come to eat.
Today it seems .. a computer failure during the lunch service to panic staff but as usual, they were professional .. but a slightly longer period was found more than usual. .

We had a mix of tapas as a starter, a burgervdu chti maroilles sauce and a minced chicken maroilles sauce, a small biloute menu and a mix plate ... skewer / bib and ribbs ... sauce maroilles (a slaughter for the viandosaur like me .. for others .. pass your.chemin) of course.
