Chris Goodman of Brewer and Stratton Property Management LLC has been impeccable with respect to managing my condo. I recently moved in to a condo and he was on top of things from the beginning. I had a string of bad luck with shower heads not working, garbage disposal break, dryer knob broke and microwave went into a power failure mode. Chris was very helpful in scheduling various vendors through warranty as quickly as possible and he is so easy to contact through email. I highly recommend this company.
