As someone who attended this facility to hone my cooking skills, I was quite impressed with the facility and the instructors. The curriculum was forward looking and was appropriately paced.

I also attended the CIA facility in New Hyde Park, NY. My strongest appreciation for Greystone was for the embedded farm-to-table philosophy in everything we were taught.
