I decided to drop by Ptbo Volkswagen when deciding on a new vehicle. For years I dealt with Mazda and their vehicles - thought the cars were great and the service was good. I was definitely missing out. Ptbo Volkswagen has a "high class" experience. I ended up purchasing two vehicles from them and I haven't been happier with my choice. The vehicles just feel solid, which makes it feel like your money was well spent. If you're heading in make sure you ask for Dave Grant - Dave was so much help and had so much patience in steering us in the right direction to a 2020 Tiguan, with a new family on the way. My other car broke down and decided to drop by and speak to Dave at a later time and bought a 2021 Jetta! The staff here are very caring and so friendly. I honestly enjoy getting services done as the team there actually speak to you as a person. And guess what - not once during those services did someone come out to tell me I should buy a new air filter or something along those lines!
