Very good location for shoppers and those visiting Melbourne CBD with a competitive price point, but hotel definitely needs a refurbishment. Some works are currently in progress. Avoid rooms opposite to elevators as cooling units from surrounding buildings are very noisy. Friendly staff, breakfast standard price of 25 AUS is too high for offered selection of products, better look for a good brekkie in Chinease district nearby.
