Had the sliced beef sandwich. I believe I have figured out the recipe:
1. Throw pot roast in boiling water and cook until light gray in color.
2. Slice thin
3. Place sliced beef in steamer tray.
4. Lightly toast two pieces of oiled bread and dip in water.
5. Place sliced beef in between bread and wrap tightly in wax paper.
6. Give to the customer through the drive thru window and say, with a straight face, that it will be delicious.

Easily the worst bbq in Melbourne. As a plus staff was very friendly.
