I bought an office chair in June,there was a fault...

I bought an office chair in June,there was a fault with it so I have been trying to get them to collect it since 29th June.Six phone calls,1 e-mail,1 letter and still no response from them,my last call on 27/7 I was told by Customer Services that they will get in touch with their distribution centre to arrange pick up and E mail +phone me a date.STILL WAITING.Would not recommend this firm ,they show total disregard for their customers
