Terrible experience. They said they would be out to fix my a/c when I called them 3 hours before they would come. I waited for them and then a man from the company called to say they could not make it out that day. I ask him why they did not tell me this earlier and he said their call center in Utah did not know this. Really bad. don't use John Moore.
