Now I do own a Toyota and have my car serviced at IGH Toyota. They do a great job. My complaint is the lackluster salespeople. Specifically Bradley Bolz. I had received a letter telling me my "good" condition car was sought after and that the sales folk at IGH Toyota would aggressively try to work with me to get a great price. Bradley looked the car over and asked me mileage. With the low miles and "good" condition(which I verified criteria via Kelly Blue book) he said they would pay top dollar for this car. So when he offered me lower than kbb's value for a "fair" condition Camery, I asked him why the low ball offer. He said with a vintage car like mine (2007) and all the things that need to be fixed that that offer was fair. Problems? Vintage? Everything on my car works great and I'm my car is a long way from collector plates. He wouldn't work with me to bargain so I left and went to two nearby dealerships where I was offered 1500 and 1700 more than Bradley was willing to do for me. Beware the bipolar cheer/jeer tactics from him. He is the stereotypical used car salesman. IGH Toyota has a great service department but if Bradley Bolz is their best salesman then I suggest going elsewhere.
