I gave it up! never ever buy any thing from HM. they don't do the way they talk. says something and does other especially when they are delivering. when they say 30 minutes, it will be 5 hours by the time they arrive your house. The driver tells you to contact customer service and the customer service tells you to contact the driver. it is vise-versa but no body will give you the answer you wanted. since they have no answers, they will start blaming you for calling them too many times or hanging off. I had to waste 11 hours for one delivery. i was supposed have my delivery between 8:30am and 10:30am but my final delivery was made at 7:20pm. If possible I can rate the customer service ZERO
