If we could give this hotel no stars, we would have. My family and I were on vacation from Virginia Beach. We had been planning this trip for over six months. Once we arrived, they gave us a room that was large, and that is where the best this hotel had to offer ended! Celebration Suites Old Town is the worst hotel! And this is how military members and their families will be treated. And all members of the armed services should avoid it at all cost--and it doesn't matter military or not you are treated like cattle. There is mold and mildew throughout the room, especially the bathroom, but that has been painted over!
Here's the thing our room leaked the bath water from the room above ours and when we complained about they sent over their maintenance man who lied and said it wasn't. We were never offered another room until the ceiling collapsed, which happen at 0145. We checked out and went to Home2 Suites for our remaining stay in Florida. I have served 2 terms abroad and never treated with such disrespect until I met members of this establishment.
