I can say without a shadow of a doubt, that working at Genesys Consulting is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Being fresh out of college I believed the same thing all our parents told us millennials. "Get a degree and the rest will figure itself out." With that logic I was working in a call center with little hope to find another industry to break into.

Then comes Genesys to help me start my career! I reached out to one of the recruiters and I ended up finding a position with their administrative staff. Now I work in HR developing new skills and taking on new projects every day. My only regret is I didn't find Genesys sooner.
