My driver didn't keep me waiting that much (maybe 10 min.) although I arrived 30 min. earlier than I had originally indicated. He was also friendly and knew the shortest way to the hotel. It was very easy to make a reservation, and the payment was smooth. I will use Carmel for my next trip to NYC.
