Had a cardiac arrest due to diabetic complications, excellent care from the staff, if it weren't for them I wouldn't be here. To all the people who have written bad reviews because you thought it was a hotel or your child's nurse, get your facts straight, there is a protocol and a cough isn't that high up on medical emergencies, so if you didn't get someone to you fast enough, maybe the situation was not as bad as you thought. Sick of people thinking a common cold is something to write a bad review when a trip to CVS could have avoided this all together.
