Purchased a Toyota Sienna from Jim Brown in Spring...

Purchased a Toyota Sienna from Jim Brown in Spring 2009. Was informed that the Nav System and Back-up camera from Toyota's factory would take too long. So I was "up sold" to an after-market system by Mr. Brown which they installed. This was to save us $1,000 on our purchase price. To date, I've lost over $2,500 in income due to 4 separate appointments to get this "great system" fixed. They haven't charged me anything, but the time and billable hours I have lost shuttling back and forth to deal with this has cost me more than the system was worth in the first place! Not impressed, and will never buy from them again. Update July 20, 2011 - still not fixed, going for appointment number 5!
