We realized on our way home from Florida that we needed a bigger vehicle. I called Wally Chevrolet and immediately was helped by The Bow Tie Guy, Jeff Anderson. My husband left for Japan and Jeff was so understanding of our situation. He took the time to explain all the features to me and was always kind and courteous. He made me feel at ease with the large purchase and helped me through turning in our current vehicle. They gave us a great deal on the trade, and we are absolutely happy with our new Suburban.
