sliding door placed in a new building in 2018 in the course of the construction.
Not haggled on the price (expensive but good)
after finishing new construction in 2019, tormax was adjusted and started
in 2020 the door contact will fail (value 15-50 euros)
A very quick and expert intervention follows.
We are trying to blame us (misuse?!?) For a code keyboard that is used once a day?
An invoice of 540 euros follows for the intervention that has already taken 20 minutes. This invoice was disputed by us but was paid on time.
According to tormax, the warranty commences upon INSTALLATION, which in practice amounts to NO warranty since it was not in use after 1 year.
After some insistence, a threatening letter from a lawyer follows.
To which our lawyer replied.
This company does not understand what satisfied customers are. A training in complaint handling really does not hurt here. Looking for an automatic sliding door? Think before you start, A notified person is worth two (and all for a contact of 28 euros selling price)
