I cancelled my subscription awaiting the delivery of the first box to see what it was like and they cancelled my first order I paid for and refunded me. Now they won t honour my original order despite the website saying that the original order wouldn t be cancelled if I cancelled the subscription. There was no email to say they had cancelled my order, so we were waiting all day for the delivery and instead have to go grocery shopping instead during dinner time. They also refused to issue another voucher to use for a subsequent order. Based on their customer service alone (or lack thereof) I would never recommend them
