My experience was great with the service personnel...

My experience was great with the service personnel that helped me, namely Jessie Bussard. Jessie helped me in every to get my car fixed. Even though the cost far exceeded the amount I was willing to spend between Joyce Koons and Classic Auto, Jessie allowed me to leave the car there until I could get a junk car buyer to come and pick it up--which took two days.

Hopefully the rest of your staff is committed to customer service as Jessie. If so, I will certainly consider Joyce Koons as my top of the list go to when my truck needs repair or I buy a new Buick or GMC.
