Gave this place "5"STAR has a friendly environment..for Adults & Kiddos!!
POOL#1..WATERSLIDE..& Fish Tank!!.LOVED the FREMONT soo close by!! Rooms CLEAN/COZY..Room Service was Great!!..Staff very kind!!
EXCEPT for ONLY 1..NEGATIVE experience was when i checked in..LATE night...had to deal with bad customer service...this lady must of been not too happy about her LATE-NIGHT SHIFT..
BAD ATTITUDE!!..even told me if i didnt like it I could cut my stay there short ..
Took her name dwn frm her badge...& of course complained in a.m..then comes to find out..that wasnt her correct name on her badge ..A.M. front desk...Very understanding!!..Made sure was satisfied with our stay..& threw in FREE buffet for the Fam...ENJOYED that too!!..
FAMILY LOVED THE STAY HERE!!
WILL BE BACK AGAIN!!
