The place is SO HUGE and really hard to get around...

The place is SO HUGE and really hard to get around. The pool was closed during the winter which is really really disappointing. The service is good and the people at the concierge are nice. Each level in the hotel looks like same and it gets confusing to walk around, and they don't really provide a detailed map. They really overdone the Christmas decorations and created a messy atmosphere. Would rate it 3.5
