I have never been treated with such disrespect. After paying a deposit plus a 4% convenience fee, getting my parking permit, upgrading my insurance to their required amount, being shown our slip and moving my vehicle from Fort Meyers to their facility iptptn Palmetto, I received an email the night before my departure that the "acceptance committee" has refused my vessel from being in their marina. My vessel is a 1980 Albin 43 that is in excellent condition with absolutly no reason for refusal because of appearance. The marina did return my deposit however they have kept the "convenience fee". I would never recommend this marina to anyone. I should charge them an inconvenience fee for all the trouble this has caused my wife and I.
