First employee I spoke too (LISA) I asked her name.. She got disrespectful assuming I needed her name to "make a complaint".. (Well she got it!!) Which... If you feel like I had a reason to complain about something you were doing then you're probably not doing something right to begin with... The next "supervisor" I spoke too did not want to hear anything about her employee being disrespectful.. She proceeded to rush me off the phone. I hope you ladies know.... The people that are calling up to these places are struggling enough in their personal lives.. The least you can do is PRETEND to have respect and care about their reason for calling when you're on a phone with them.
