Overall the service was fine, however I was dismay...

Overall the service was fine, however I was dismayed to see a service staff member standing in the reception area (chatting with the desk staff) who was NOT wearing a mask. While I can understand the technicians not wanting to wear masks in the service area (where cars are being worked on), it's completely unacceptable for this person to not wear one in the small reception area, where customers are coming and going. What gives?
