Worst company I ve ever worked for. Management is horrible. Human resources is not knowledgeable of polices and procedures. Lack of career advancement. Leaders with no present evidence of leadership ability. Inability to meet customer needs which directly affects outcomes. Places un-realistic expectations without even setting a baseline or priorities. Do not support people who aim to seek clarity when things are wrong. Look for other employment and another appraiser. The company is to budget friendly for themselves they are not able to make happy customers.
