Who give this hotel 5 stars?

Who give this hotel 5 stars?
Cheap, cheap everything cheap. Starting from hair dryer, soap, up to furniture and food.
Scanning your passport and taking 3000 deposit is also not friendly.
One star for the Gym and one for breakfast, was just OK... And one for the kind staff.
