If integrity, honestly, and responsibility are imp...

If integrity, honestly, and responsibility are important values to you, this is not the company to do business with. I recently have contacted them regarding one of there dump trucks leaking gravel or road base type material going down the freeway and damaging my windshield as I was passing on the far left on I-15. As someone who is a heavy truck/trailer/ and bus inspector for the state of Utah I understand things happen; however, when a driver doesn t clean his truck rails or secure his load properly and damage occurs to an individuals vehicle most companies own up and make it right. I ve personally been responsible for those exact situations and always offered assistance to make an accident right to the owner. So far, Jay at DSB has basically told me to have my insurance fix it and MAYBE they will help if I send a receipt after the work has been completed. No offer of having me take it to a glass shop of their choice or any sort of assistance to get it repaired. For a small industry with word of mouth so prevalent, Im really surprised at the treatment after trying so politely to get help. I will likely be paying for it on my own; however, the probable $30 bucks or so it would likely of taken to make it right will seem small in comparison to the fall out of being cheap, dishonest and dodging responsibility while representing your company. Makes me wonder how low they will go to avoid responsibility when a large accident or incident comes to light. I d personally be very wary about doing business with them with lots on the line. Oh, and I d be happy to show text messages of how I tried to approach this to be as easy and upfront as possible for them. I can t say how there ground work is honestly, but I can attest to how they conduct themselves as individuals representing DSB as a whole. Good luck and God Bless.
