Very unprofessional! They don't return your calls. Or your deposit even if you pay your rent on time Every time and keep the place clean. I lived at Century Apartments for two years which is managed by C & R Real Estate Services. They don't give you a copy of the original walk through when you sign your lease. I asked two different managers, Jamie and Jennifer, and never got it. If you make the wrong choice and decide to rent from C & R, take pictures of the unit along with your own notes on the first day when you sign your lease. At least try to get a copy of their notes if you can because they won't automatically give them to you. When you move out BE SURE to be there at the final walk through. I asked to be there but the on site manager, Jennifer, was vague and couldn't give me a definite time. She steered me away from the final walk through so I wouldn't be there. This is how they get you!!! This is done on purpose and premeditated. Hindsight is 2020 and now I see why they didn't give me the original walk through notes. They blame you for the previous tenants damage. Its THIEVERY. C&R Real Estate Services are crooks and liars. Protect yourself if you do ANY business with them! You have been forewarned!
