I pulled up to the car wash line and was sitting there for 10 minutes until another car pulled up in front of me and was serviced right away. So I went in and it still took 5 minutes to even talk to someone. Finally somebody walked out to my car that look like an employee so I followed him and said I came inside since no one came out for 10 minutes. He apologized and took my car in. Then it got better. After sitting for about a half-hour even though the sign says car washes take eight minutes and they were closing at 2. It was not until 2:30 that I turned around and realized my car been sitting in the lot. Upon walking by the employees I said my car is sitting outside and nobody bothered to tell me. He gave me an excuse that it must have just been pulled up. I said again nobody came to tell me. And walked out. Every time I go to get a car wash here it seems like a complete headache. I know I have to set apart an hour of my time when it should take less than 10 minutes. I wish this wasn't my dealership poor customer service always. Id come get more free car washes if it wasn't a pain in the butt to get it done
