Seems from the previous reviews this would be a great company for an adult. Unfortunately this is just not true for their contract with the most vulnerable population, deaf and blind students at the Virginia School For The Deaf and Blind. This company got the contract to transport my child every weekend from Staunton Virginia to Virginia Beach Virginia. The have done a horrible job with this with multiple breakdowns with different excuses each time. It's one thing if it's a party bus of grown adults breaking down on the way to their destinarion, instead these are disabled children that are stranded! Seriously they have to wait on a broken down bus until they can contract with another company to get a bus to transport my child safely home. This is beyond frustrating the numerous times this bus route in particular has broken down. Why is there no accountability? Why are there no regular maintenance checks on their vehicles since they are transporting precious cargo? The cheapest contract doesn't mean the SAFEST! Beyond disgusted with this company and their lack of responsiblity.
