The level is not the same as that of other hotels in this line, but lower.
For example, a double room had 1 shampoo, gel and conditioner (although of good quality). They asked to increase the number, brought 4 shampoos)))
Then they took away one teaspoon, then another, then a glass .. after the remark at the reception, they brought spoons, but then they again took away and did not return. As a result, we have 1 glass left and not a single teaspoon))
Didn't like the restaurant at all. Forced tip - attention! In addition to the money that the waiter puts in his pocket, another 18% is added to the amount of the bill (it seems like that much, I can't remember exactly now). It's good that SMS comes after payment. Outraged, the administrator began to explain something about the frozen amount, then about the tip .. in the end, they returned this interest.
Nobody strains to work, only the receptionist liked it.
The beach is ordinary, the hotel itself is small and boring (we were not looking for parties, we just have experience of both living and working in the hotel business). Apparently redone from another network. So-so, in general.
