I came to you all at north star, and I came in good faith. I had a 2005 Ford Ranger, excellent condition I just received a check from the archdiocese for something I don't want to talk about because it's to personal. But any way, I had my truck and a check for13.000.00 plus. Your people showed me the oldest truck on the lot. I was trying to up grade and they wouldn't show me anything else. Then when I finally went ahead with a2006 f150 soon as I took it home as is, the alternator went out. The battery died. So when I brung :it back to get the work done they charged me the maximum for Both, and said if I get the parts from some where else they wouldn't do the work, so I was out of 600.00extra for the work. I left there feeling like I been done the same way the priest did. You tell me how I should fill.
