The estimate that was given was not equal to the cost we owed once the service was finished. Some trees were removed that shouldn't of been and in addition, the young employee drove the lift through our neighbors yard on accident and broke their sprinkler system. The company was aware of the issue and immediately reprimanded the employee when it happened, but no one has called a service to repair the damage this company caused. The client's son advised the office that he could/would fix it and send Big Ben's a bill for the service. We have been in contact with the office over 5 times and each time we are told the issue would be resolved (or that it should of been taken care of already) but it has not. The neighbor is now expecting us to fix his sprinkler system even though it was your company that caused the damage due to an employee error. The tree service itself is very clean and it was done appropriately but we are disappointed in the price increase and the damage your company caused to our elderly neighbor who does not have the funds and ability to fix this problem. There are ruts all throughout his yard as well. I'm writing this review because its been 4 weeks and you continue to be resistant in providing a remedy for a really simple error you have acknowledged multiple times.

1 star for terrible customer service and overcharging on purpose because you knew you could. 5 stars for the work actually provided despite the issues elsewhere.
