They cancelled the crossing I booked. We were moved onto a boat so small before all the truck drivers went to their cabins there was litterly nowhere to sit.
When I asked a member of staff if there was somewhere my 80 year old disabled mother could sit he pointed at a row of hard kitchen type chairs with no arms ( people with limited upper body strength will know how important arms on chairs are) that were placed in walkway out side the toilets and said there are plenty of chairs just no tables. We sat in a cold walk way for 3 and a half hours while others lay down asleep across the very few soft seats. The staff did nothing even when we asked them for help.

Apparently not if you sail @irishferries.
Never again and I mean never ever again.
If you need to travel with anyone elderly or infirm please please dont put them through what we have just been through
