Can t put rate 4 or 5. Terrible issue: smoking. In NO Smoking hotel (!!!), I ve allergy and someone everyday smoking inside room (which is not allowed) and management can t fix this problem!
Room is big, design a bit old, kitchen, nice view, but window can t open, breakfast include, all day restaurant, etc.
Good place to stay for a few days for work, quiet, next to many embassies.
