The Customer Service here is horriable . I called in about my bill because I was being over charged. At first the lady said the bill was wrong. Then I told her the bill was reflecting the over charge. She told me it is what it is.... I ask for a manager so she outs me on hold 45 mins. Got no where with the manager I just told them to disconnect it... Im nit gonna give you my money to be treated like this.... Their prices are to high fir the service you get... I was a manager for 14 years in a retail store and never treated people like this ... They need to train their people better..
