I've adopted two amazing animals from this shelter...

I've adopted two amazing animals from this shelter. A cat back in January 2016 and a dog this past weekend. They're both amazing animals, I couldn't imagine my future without them and I'm so thankful I was able to adopt them.

The facilities have greatly improved also!

The ONLY reason they don't have 5 stars because their customer service is sub par. Literally every time I've been in there the staff is super rude, even when I call on the phone (on the rare occasion that they actually answer) they're rude and condescending. Also, don't bother calling to report neglect, they're just going to pretend like they're going to do something about it and then do nothing. Letting poor innocent animals suffer at the hands of their abusers. I think a majority of the staff needs a new job because they do not appreciate animals as much as they should.
