Driver was polite and helpful. One gripe was that trunk of car only held two suitcases and one had to go in front seat. Car was supposed to hold 3 passengers and three suitcases but fortunately one was small so it worked. 3 people in backseat and one suitcase in front and two in trunk wasnt what I expected. Otherwise as always Carmel is timely and reliable.This is my review and I am awarded $10 Car Cash from Carmel for sharing it'
