I purchased a very expensive wedding dress from this place. I wanted to resell the dress and I called to see if they took consignments. They took my dress and I have never heard a word since. I called after 3 years wondering if they still had my dress as I had someone interested in it. My phone call was not returned and the employee I talked to could not locate the dress. I called back 3 weeks later to find out my dress had been sold at a reduced price and a price I was not happy with. I was also told that it was there for so long they almost donated it!! First of all - if the dress is going to be sold at a reduced price I think the owner should approve or have the opportunity to pick it up. Secondly, how is donating it even an option without my consent? Dress was sold. Never contacted. Never offered payment until I called wondering what happened to the dress and if I could pick it up. Definitely not recommending this place again after this experience.
