Ditto the others reviewers sharing about their item lost/ stolen in the Grand Hyatt hotel and hasn't received their items back.

I literally left my Canon OEM charger in the 2924 room next to the writing desk and I called the lost and found AKA Grant Hyatt security right after I checked out the hotel to let them know right away, and for every day I called back to follow up with them but they kept saying they didn't find anything.

They claimed that "the housekeepers would turn in everything even someone's dirty underwear". I actually can't trust the security because they seem to be the only channel that guests can reach out to for their lost items and if they just brushed me off then what can I do? Additionally, dirty underwear is probably not worth money but has anyone turned in a gold necklace?? Check out other people's review about their lost items. I can't trust to put anything important in the room.

On top of this, I booked my hotel with Concur and I booked the room specifically with bathtub included but the room 2924 only had a shower room with two super low pressure shower heads.

The complimentary WIFI was so slow I was hardly able to get any work done. I can't even use video call, it just keeps dropping. I want to enjoy my experience here yet I believe this is my worse experience in a grand Hyatt.

The only reason I added one more star is because the front desk was friendly and they understood I had a long flight so they gave me complimentary water right after my arrival. The service for food and the housekeepers were friendly and I even left tips because I felt people were so nice until I couldn't get my OEM Canon charger back. Very disappointing stay after all..

No I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to stay here until I get my charger back.
