The worst customer service ever. Attitude from the people I speak to. This is one of the worst customer service based organization. Ive had better experience calling the post office. I needed information provided to our office. A form was submitted and they refused to send it to me via email. They claim since they mailed it they couldn t not email it out. I was put on hold and transferred to the supervisor and she regurgitated the same thing. Then she told me since i had a slight incorrect email address that i had to submit the same form again and it would take another 90 to 120 business days. You would have better customer service at McDonald s.
